Carly Miller has been promoted to Director of Communications and Financial Literacy for the State Treasurer. Carly was hired in late 2011 as Special Assistant to the Treasurer. Carly is a graduate of Goddard High School and attended Wichita State University receiving a Bachelor of Political Science. She went on to graduate with a Master of Public Administration from Wichita State University. Previously, Carly worked in Wichita as a Realtor with Build Wichita and co-founder of Paint the Towne.
