Our On-line Holder Reporting System (UP3)
- If you have unclaimed property to report, this is the easiest way to do it.
Our on-line holder reporting system allows holders to enter reports on-line.
Users can upload NAUPA format reports, check on the current status of past reports and re-claim properties returned to owners
after reporting to us. Give it a try!
Our Downloadable Holder Packet
- This is a downloadable Adobe Acrobat (PDF) version
of our holder packet mailed to holders upon request. It contains
everything holders need to file reports with our office including the forms and instructions for
electronic data transmission.
This file exists in .PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format and requires a special
plug-in to be read. If you have already downloaded and installed the
Adobe Acrobat reader (v7.0 and up), click on the link above. If

NAUPA Standard Electronic filing format
- If holders would like to send
their reports by electronic media, this is the nationally accepted format and
specifications for doing so.
