Holders are businesses which hold property rightfully belonging to another and whose duty it is to report and remit that property as determined by applicable state law.

 Reports are Due Nov 1st (all Businesses) and May 1st (Life Insurance only)

 Due diligence required on amounts over $100, SDB's and stock   Sample

 No minimum exceptions

 Kansas Dormancy Table

 Zero/Negative reports are not required

Gift cards & vendor payments not required to be reported but are accepted
